Bid package too large to upload

Many portals cap attachment size. Scans and photos inside a .docx push the file over the limit. Shrink it locally, then upload again.

Why bid files blow up

Licenses, stamped pages, and screenshots are often stored as large images inside Word. A few of them can push the whole .docx past the portal cap.

Note: Compression softens images. Check critical pages after download. Start from “Balanced”, then go smaller only if needed.
